The TravelWise Rideshare service is a quick and secure way to find carpooling partners for getting to and from work.

You can also use the Rideshare service to find and share rides for non-commuting trips like going to a meeting, attending events and shows, getting to your weekly sport practice or the occasional group gathering.

Priority Lanes, Parking & Transit Lanes for Carpoolers

We have developed a handy two-sided pocket guide that shows the existing carpool infrastructure in Auckland.

One side displays all of the existing priority lanes, priority parks and transit lanes for the region and the reverse side is a more detailed map of the North Shore transit lanes.

Auckland Transport is committed to promoting carpooling as a mode of transport and it is hoped that this guide will help commuters make better informed transport decisions and help reduce journey times for high occupancy vehicles.
