Rideshare is a TravelWise initiative run by the Auckland Regional Transport Authority (ARTA) in partnership with Auckland Regional Council, Land Transport New Zealand, Ministry of Health, Roadsafe Auckland, Auckland City Council, Franklin District Council, Manukau City Council, North Shore City Council, Papakura District Council, Rodney District Council and Waitakere City Council.

TravelWise for workplaces is a regional programme that works in partnership with organisations to help address transport problems at the workplace by increasing travel options and reducing car trips to the workplace.

By reducing the number of vehicles going to your workplace and increasing accessibility through more travel options, organisations can save on car parking, improve staff productivity, deliver benefits to staff, provide community and environmental benefits, and improve your company image.

It’s part of the Region’s overall plan to create a world class transport network that makes Auckland an even better place to live, work and play.
